At DisGem, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we have established the following refund policy to address these situations.
General Information

Non-Refundable Products
Due to the nature of digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium, all sales of digital products are final. DisGem excludes the right of withdrawal. Once a purchase is made and the digital product is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Conditions for Refunds
While our general policy is that all sales are final, we do consider refunds under specific conditions:
- Technical Issues: If the digital product is found to be defective or unusable due to technical issues, you must notify DisGem within 14 days of purchase. Please provide detailed information, including screenshots, descriptions of the defect, account details, and the redemption URL.
- Incorrect Delivery: If you receive a digital product that does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, you are entitled to a refund. This issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Fraud Investigation: If a transaction is suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activities, DisGem reserves the right to suspend the refund process during the investigation period. If the investigation clears you of any wrongdoing, a refund may be processed.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Request Submission: Submit your refund request to DisGem’s customer support via email at support@disgem.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
- Evaluation: Upon receiving your request, DisGem will evaluate the claim and may request additional information or evidence from you.
- Decision: DisGem will notify you of its decision within 14 days of receiving all required information. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of the approval notification.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. For SEPA and PayPal transactions, refunds can only be processed to SEPA and PayPal accounts, respectively. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be made to the original digital wallet used for the transaction.
Exclusions
- User Errors: Refunds will not be granted for issues arising from incorrect email addresses, incorrect region selection, or other errors made by the consumer during the purchase process.
- Expired Products: Refunds will not be granted for digital products that have expired or have a shorter lifespan than expected, provided the lifespan was clearly communicated by the publisher or issuer of the digital product.
- Third-Party Restrictions: DisGem is not responsible for restrictions or limitations imposed by the publisher or issuer of the digital product, nor for any actions or omissions by these third parties.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, DisGem is entitled to suspend its obligations, including refund obligations. You have the right to cancel the agreement after notification of non-delivery due to force majeure, in which case a refund may be processed.
